Natural Resources Law Enforcement Diversity Recruitment and Hiring
I worked with the Office of the State Inspector General on an audit on diversity, recruitment and hiring within the three law enforcement agencies under the Secretary of Natural Resources from fiscal year (FY) 2014 through FY 2019. I advised in the development of the audit scope and objectives, interpreted the results of audit testing, developed audit findings and recommendations, and reviewed the draft report to ensure it accurately reflects the results of the audit.
