AmeriCorps: Arizona's Employment Pipeline

AmeriCorps is the pathway some young adults choose to build their employment skills, earn an income, and get a job.  This pilot study conducted in Arizona sought to gain a more in-depth understanding of the relationship between AmeriCorps State/National Programs and organizations, and how these relationships influence individual career paths, and organizational capacity.
